Excellent quality, with generous and satisfying portions—truly impressive! One suggestion I’d offer relates to the toppings process. At most major restaurant chains, it’s become standard practice to ask customers which toppings they’d like. Without a clear system, this can occasionally lead to confusion for both the staff and the customer. For example, today I had to throw away the pickles and turnips that were added by default, even though I didn’t want them. Starting the process at the cashier—where the selected toppings can be printed directly on the receipt—would not only streamline communication but also reduce unnecessary food waste and save the business money in the long run. It’s a small tweak that could lead to a much smoother experience for everyone.

My colleagues had kept telling me to try this place out and I finally had a chance to do so. Ordered the small combo #2. Chicken shawarma, garlic potatoes and a drink. Price was definitely reasonable at $15.99. Certainly didn't leave hungry! The shawarma was loaded with chicken, lettuce, tomato and turnip. It was really good. The garlic potatoes were perfect and they didn't overload them with garlic sauce. Overall it was very tasty and great value. Will have to stop again.

After a long time I had a great, quality beef,Shawarma. Iv tried alot of places over the last few years, be it montreal, Ottawa or the GTA. The quality of the beef at this place was excellent!. Tender, juicy...just how it should be. All the vegetables freshly cut, great sauces and of course service with a smile. Loved it! Definitely coming back! Highly recommended

First time here. I had heard of this Hidden Gem on baseline. It dosen't look like much on the outside but inside the place has a very Good Chill Clean vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful. it's easy to tell that the people that work here really do care about the business. The food you order looks just like the stuff you see up in the menu. And the menu looks pretty damn good! The proportions are very generous and easily worth your money. I think it's a good sign when you order a meal and you can't finish the whole thing in one sitting. Leaves you with good memories and thinking yeah I definitely go back! One of the better Shawarma shops in Ottawa especially in the West End.

Haven't been here in years and decided to give it a try. The chicken plate is awesome! They include tabbouleh, the creamy garlic salad dressing is tasty and they serve the hummus and garlic sauce on the side. All ingredients are fresh. The yellow rice is delicious, the chicken is juicy and not dry. Standout is the friendly staff. I was really impressed with their attitude. Made me feel welcome and appreciated.
